Our client, a dynamic and people-focused organization in Irvine, is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support their Human Resources team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone with light HR experience who's eager to build their career and gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions.

?? What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ? Managing onboarding processes in Paycom (data entry, reference checks, I-9s, E-Verify, background/drug screenings)
  • ? Assisting with timecard review and payroll support
  • ?? Handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism
  • ?? Coordinating meetings, reports, letters, and special projects
  • ?? Supporting onboarding and delivering a positive new hire experience
  • ?? Addressing employee inquiries with a helpful, solutions-focused approach
  • ?? Assisting with job postings, job descriptions, and employee movement
  • ?? Supporting employee relations efforts, including investigations and data gathering
  • ?? Helping administer benefits and open enrollment
  • ?? Routing and supporting inquiries related to FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and more
  • ?? Maintaining compliance and supporting HR process improvements

  • High School Diploma required (AA degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Experience with HR systems (Paycom a plus)
